Stacy has a diverse background in engineering, legal affairs and business experience. He began his career as a Project Engineer on the Space Shuttle program, then obtained a law degree and worked at the firm of Baker Botts. He left private practice to become General Counsel for Applied Science Fiction, which was later sold to Kodak. Upon leaving Applied Science Fiction, he co-founded this Company.

Stacy holds an Associates of Science in Electrical Engineering from Mesa State University, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Minor in Mathematics from Colorado State University, a Masters in Business Administration from Pepperdine University and a Juris Doctorate from the Baylor School of Law.

Dave has over 30 years of diverse management experience in both the public and private sector. He started his career at Price Waterhouse and worked extensively in Saudi Arabia as a senior auditor. In the private sector, he served in executive management positions at XeTel Corporation, Handtech, Tanknology, NDE International and Summagraphics. Dave holds a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from the University of Bridgeport.

Wayne has over 30 years of experience in managing award winning enterprise and consumer software products. He previously served as the VP of Development at Applied Science Fiction, Senior Development Director of the PC Audio business and Co-General Manager of the PC Audio division for Crystal Semiconductor and Cirrus Logic. He also held various management positions at IBM for 20 years.

Wayne holds a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Vanderbilt University.

Jay has a background in both engineering and international business. He was previously a Senior Systems Manager for VeriSign; Director of Systems Engineering for Advent Networks; and Manager for KPMG Consulting, Inc. (Bearing Point, Inc.). He also worked SATCOM for the US Army.

Jay holds a Masters of Science in Science and Technology Management and a Masters of Science in International Business from The University of Texas, a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Dallas, and a Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering from Texas Tech University.

Leo manages the engineering development team in China and has a background in developing complex telecommunication database/software solutions. He previously held positions as a senior software engineer and manager at Verisign, Trendcom Technologies, WhiteRock Networks and Marconi Communications .

Leo has a Masters of Science in Computer Science with a Minor in Electrical Engineering from Texas Tech University, and a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Science and Technology in Beijing, Peoples Republic of China.

Rob has served as the Chairman since he co-founded the Company. He actively participates in the Company. He is also the co-owner of Summit Management, a corporate meeting planning company.

Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas at Austin.
